Attorneys and Counselors at Law

Estate Planning

We assist you to examine the assets of your estate and help you determine how you can use your assets and available legal tools to plan for the care of yourself and your loved ones. In addition to drafting wills and trusts, at no extra charge we also help you inventory and plan  which assets you wish to pass through your estate and which assets you wish to pass through other means. We also draft powers of attorney and advanced medical directives. We strive to help you and your loved ones avoid unnecessary legal expenses by planning wisely now.

Elder Law

Elder Law attorneys examine the broad range of financial, legal, and long term care issues facing older adults, people with disabilities, and their families. We work holistically, in partnership with other attorneys, community resources, and the client. The tools that are sometimes used include powers of attorney, special needs and income trusts, advanced medical directives, medicaid planning, medicare appeals,  guardianships, and conservatorship.
